Delicious and nutritious pops!

For the pink layer, blend and pour into a popsicle mold:

8 Fresh Strawberries

1 Banana

8 oz. of Coconut Cream

1 scoop of Complete Whey Protein Creamy Vanilla Flavor

For the yellow layer, blend and pour into a popsicle mold:

1 Fresh peach

1 cup of Fresh pineapple

1 Tablespoon of Fresh ginger root

8 oz. of Coconut Cream

1 scoop of Complete Whey Protein Creamy Vanilla Flavor

For the green layer, blend and pour into a popsicle mold:

2 Fresh kiwi

a Tablespoon of Complete Organic Greens Powder

8 oz. of Coconut Cream

1 scoop of Complete Whey Protein Creamy Vanilla Flavor

Once all layers are in the popsicle molds, insert a wooden popsicle stick or click in the bottom of the popsicle mold handle. Freeze for at least an hour. Enjoy with your family as a snack or nutritious dessert!

If you prefer, you can also blend Complete Paleo Protein or Complete Pea Protein in the Creamy Vanilla flavor.
