   Mix Ingredients & let set for 10 minutes:
   3 Tbsp. of chia seeds
   1 1/2 cups of unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
   1-2 scoops of Complete Paleo Protein Delicious Chocolate flavor
          or if you prefer substitute Complete Whey Protein Chocolate
          or Complete Pea Protein Delicious Chocolate flavor
    2 Tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa
    2 tsp. of coconut oil
    a dash of cinnamon
    if desired, add xylitol or stevia for added sweetness
    if desired, top with walnuts, blueberries & raspberries
