Try making these delicious 100% Vegan NO BAKE homemade protein bars!

Mix all ingredients, press into a glass dish and place in fridge overnight:

3 scoops of Complete Pea Protein Powder

1 cup of Organic Virgin Unrefined Coconut Oil

1 1/2  cups of 100% whole grain oats

1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes

1/2 cup of chopped raw walnuts

1/2 cup of chopped raw almonds

1/2 cup of almond butter

dash of Ceylon cinnamon

dash of Himalayan sea salt

optional additions per your choice:

1/4 cup of dried cranberries or blueberries

1/4 cup of 85% dark chocolate chunks

1/2 cup of golden raisins

Once pressed into the glass dish, sprinkle top of bars with additional Cinnamon and coconut flakes.
