Ingredients:
2 scoops of Complete Pea Protein Natural Vanilla Flavor
3-4 Tablespoons of chia seeds
8 oz. of unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
raw walnuts or raw almonds
blueberries or any kind of berries or fruit you prefer
dash of Ceylon cinnamon

Instructions:
1. Combine the chia seeds and almond milk or coconut milk. Let sit for at least 15 minutes or place overnight in the refrigerator ready for breakfast the next morning. The chia seeds will absorb the almond milk and swell creating a consistency much like tapioca pudding.
2. Stir in 2 scoops of Complete Pea Protein
3. Add in walnuts, blueberries or whatever fruit you like
4. Sprinkle with Ceylon cinnamon

if desired sweeter, add xylitol or stevia to taste
