We liked the Vegan Cookie Dough Bites so much, we decided to try a recipe with our delicious Chocolate Pea Protein! What we came up with was a recipe for some really great tasting NO BAKE Vegan Brownies!

We all know brownies are a comfort food and delicious treat. But unfortunately with regular brownies that comfort likes to stick to our midsection as body fat- yuck! There is just too much sugar and far too many calories in a traditional brownie for the health and fitness conscious to feel good about eating them. But there is a way to enjoy the delicious chocolaty goodness of a brownie without all of the fattening sugar.

Our no bake vegan brownies are not only a yummy low-sugar treat, they also contain high quality Complete Pea Protein which has been shown to reduce appetite. A reduction in appetite allows you to eat less during the day without feeling deprived, therefore reducing your total calories consumed in a day. You actually eat less total food when you eat Complete Pea Protein!  This is a huge hep if you are struggling to reach your weight loss goals.

So easy to prepare! This is a no bake recipe! Just blend together and chill:

1 cup of almond meal

1 cup of cashew butter

2 scoops of Complete Pea Protein in the Delicious Chocolate Flavor (about 1/2 cup)

We added 1 Tablespoon of pure maple syrup for extra sweetness and

a sprinkle of Ceylon Cinnamon

Spread into a glass dish and chill for 30 minutes then cut into squares.
