Happy 4th of July everybody! We hope everyone is having a wonderful day with family and friends! We are enjoying some homemade Berry Yogurt Protein Pops by the pool. These delicious treats were simple to make and are full of antioxidants, creamy Greek yogurt and muscle building whey protein!
Ingredients and Instructions:
Blend one scoop of Complete Whey Protein in the creamy vanilla flavor into one cup of plain Greek yogurt.
If you want the mix a little sweeter add a teaspoon of maple syrup or xylitol into the yogurt whey protein mix before filling popsicle molds.
Fill popsicle molds with fresh or frozen berries of your choice. We used frozen blueberries and strawberries. Pour the yogurt whey protein mix over the berries until popsicle molds are filled.
Freeze overnight to enjoy the next day!
These pops make great snacks or breakfasts during summer time!
