Cherry Lemonade Popsicles made with Complete Paleo Protein!

In the heat of the summer, we love cold treats. These popsicles are not only tangy, sweet and refreshing, they are also packed full of high quality protein, Vitamin C, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. We like to take advantage of adding seasonal fruits to our protein smoothies and recipes. We picked sun-ripened cherries right off the trees in our area. 

Blend these ingredients and freeze into popsicle molds overnight:

the juice of 6 lemons

2 cups of pitted cherries

2 packages of cream cheese

3 Tbsp. of xylitol for added sweetness (you can use monk fruit or your favorite low-glycemic sweetener)

2 scoops of Complete Paleo Protein in the creamy vanilla flavor or if you prefer use Complete Whey Protein in the creamy vanilla flavor

dash of Himalayan sea salt

1 tsp. of vanilla extract

These frozen summer treats are made with fresh fruit and High Quality Whey or Paleo Protein Powders!
