It's a wonderful feeling when you are snacking on something delicious and you know that it is good for you as well! Our Chocolate Cranberry Chia Energy Bites are full of healthy ingredients that will fill you up and energize you at the same time! Drink a cup of green tea with these tasty snacks for an added fat burning bonus!
This is a NO BAKE recipe!
Just Blend all ingredients, roll into balls & chill in the fridge:
1/2 cup raw walnuts
1/2 cup raw cashews
1 cup of soft pitted dates (for best results, warm the pitted dates in hot water before blending)
1/2 cup of dried cranberries (no sugar added)
1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 cup of oats
3 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 scoops (approx. 1/2 cup) of Complete Whey Protein in the Delicious Chocolate Flavor
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
dash of Himalayan Sea Salt
dash of Ceylon Cinnamon
