1 cup of pitted Medjool Dates (about 9 softened in warm water)
2 Tbsp. of Chia Seeds
2 scoops (approximately 1/2 cup) of Complete Paleo Protein Powder in the Delicious Chocolate flavor
2 Tbsp. of 100% Cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. Almond Flour
1/2 cup of your favorite Peanut Butter
Dash of Ceylon Cinnamon
2 Tbsp. of Coconut Oil
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes for finishing
Blend all ingredients, Hand roll into bite-sized balls and dredge in unsweetened coconut flakes, refrigerate after.
