Coconut Lemon Balls made with Vanilla Complete Whey Protein powder!

We had a craving for another one of our favorite recipesCoconut Lemon Balls made with Complete Whey Protein! 🥥🍋🤗 This delicious snack is Gluten Free & full of protein &  Vitamin C! 😃

Ingredients:
We used the Lemon Juice & LemonZest of 5 lemons
😏🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋
1/2 cup of Maple Syrup
1.5 cups of Almond Flour
1.5 cups of Shredded Coconut
2 scoops (1/2 cup) of Complete Whey Protein in the Creamy Vanilla flavor
1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
A dash of Himalayan Sea Salt

Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls with your hands. Roll balls in shredded coconut and place in refrigerator for a quick Healthy Snack!
