When lauric acid (in coconut cream) converts to monolaurin (an anti-viral, antibacterial, and antiprotozoal monoglyceride), it boosts your immune system and defends your body against many viruses. Coconut cream also improves digestion and bowel function and helps speed up your metabolism.

Avocado is a superfood rich in vitamins, anti-inflammatory properties and monounsaturated fats that are good for your heart! The heart-healthy monounsaturated fat in avocados accelerates metabolism and increases satiety which can help you lose belly fat.

We used 100% cocao which is full of healthy antioxidants like resveratrol. This is a no bake recipe so all the phytonutrients in the cocao are intact. 100% cocao contains at least 20+ nutrients and antioxidants that help reverse heart disease, naturally lower blood pressure and enhances your mood- not to mention tastes delicious!

Complete Whey Protein is an excellent source of cysteine, the precursor of Glutathione, which is the most abundant anti-oxidant in the body that protects us from damage due to toxins and free radicals.
