We made some delicious Keto* Brownies with Chocolate Paleo Protein icing tonight! They’re going to be great for breakfast tomorrow too! 😉 This recipe contains no flour! Not one bit!
2 ingredient icing: one scoop of CompletePaleoProtein in the Delicious
Chocolate flavor mixed into 8 ounces of Greek Yogurt.
For the Keto brownies we mixed:
4 eggs 🥚🥚🥚🥚
1 large avocado 🥑
6 Tbsp. of Raw almond butter (we used Trader Joe's brand)
Half a stick of melted unsalted butter
2 tsp. Pure vanilla
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt
Dash of Ceylon Cinnamon
2/3 cup of Xylitol (forSweetness)
1/2 cup of Trader Joe’s unsweetened Cocoa Powder🍫
Spray a baking dish with coconut oil, pour batter into dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out of center clean. Top with our paleo icing!
*Keto refers to a low carb diet that forces the body to burn fat rather than sugar.
