We love making desserts and snacks that are healthier alternatives to the S.A.D. (Standard American Diet)! Try these extremely easy-to-make NO BAKE mini Key Lime Pies made with Complete Whey Protein and Complete Organic Greens!
Just blend these 2 Ingredients for the bottom layer crust and press into cupcake papers:
1 cup of raw walnuts
1 cup of pitted Medjool dates
Ingredients for the Keto Key Lime Pie:
Blend with a hand mixer and pour over crust layer:
Juice of 3 limes (add a Tablespoon of lime zest for more tartness)
6 Tablespoons of Xylitol (low glycemic sweetener)
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
stir all the above and mix to make a syrup before adding to the cream cheese!
8 oz. of softened cream cheese
