Mint Chocolate Chip shake made with fresh mint and Raw Whey Protein!

Our Mint Chocolate Chip recipe is made with fresh mint and can be served as either a delicious shake or healthier ice cream!

Ingredients:

1 can of coconut cream (we used Trader Joe's brand 13.5 oz can)

1 cup of raw cashews

3 Tbsp. of Maple Syrup

1 package of organic fresh mint (around 5 oz.)

3 frozen bananas

1 cup of Greek yogurt

2 scoops of Raw Whey Protein in the creamy vanilla flavor 

To make a vegan recipe, substitute whey protein for Complete Pea Protein!

To make a paleo recipe, substitute whey protein for Complete Paleo Protein!

pinch of Himalayan sea salt

4 drops of 100% Peppermint Oil (be careful! This stuff is potent!)

1 cup of dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Soak the cashews overnight in the coconut cream with the fresh mint and maple syrup.

2. Blend all ingredients!

3. For a shake: drink right away! For ice cream: place in the freezer overnight!
