Our No Bake Oatmeal Cookie Dough Bites are made with Complete Whey Protein! They are a perfect nutrient-dense mid day snack or easy breakfast!
Ingredients:
2 cups of Quick Oats (we used Mom's Best brand)
4 scoops ( approx. 1/2 cup) of Complete Whey Protein in the Creamy Vanilla flavor (for a vegan recipe, substitute Complete Pea Protein and for a paleo recipe, substitute Complete Paleo Protein)
1/2 cup of Raw Almond Butter (we used Trader Joe's brand)
3/4 cup of melted coconut oil
2 Tbsp. of Maple Syrup
1 cup (8 dates) Medjool pitted dates (soften in warm water first and remove pits)
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. Ceylon Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. of Himalayan Sea Salt
1 cup of raw walnuts
1/2 cup of raisins or if you prefer dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients except raisins and walnuts.
Mix in raisins and walnuts after blending.
Roll into balls with clean hands.
If desired, roll formed balls in a mixture of Xylitol and Cinnamon for added sweetness.
Chill balls for a bit in the fridge.
