Here's a healthy No Bake Cookie Recipe loaded with all sorts of health benefits like antioxidants, fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals! Perfect for breakfast or your post workout snack!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup xylitol
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
4 Tbsp. coconut oil (1/4 cup)
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup Complete Paleo Protein in the Delicious Chocolate Flavor
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup peanut butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
*if desired 1/2 cup of Chopped Raw Walnuts
Instructions:
Heat everything but the peanut butter and oats in a pan. Then mix in the peanut butter and oats. Drop onto wax paper and chill in the fridge for an hour!
