Blend all ingredients:
2 cups of fresh pineapple
1 can of Organic Coconut Cream (we like Trader Joe's brand!)
1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice
2 Tablespoons of fresh grated ginger root (this adds the spicy kick!)
1 frozen banana
1-2 Scoops of 100% Vegan Complete Pea Protein
Dash of Himalayan Sea Salt
*Optional: for added sweetness, add xylitol or stevia to your taste
