This delicious and nutritious smoothie tastes just like a pumpkin pie!
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Blend all ingredients:
1-2 scoops of Complete Whey Protein in the Delicious Chocolate Flavor
3 Tbsp. of pureed pumpkin (canned pumpkin)
1 cup of unsweet coconut cream or unsweet almond milk
dash each of nutmeg, Ceylon cinnamon & ground ginger
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. of unsweet cocoa powder
If desired sweeter, add stevia or xylitol to taste
1 last dash of Ceylon cinnamon right before serving
