We love creating healthy dessert options that are incredibly easy to prepare!
Our Strawberry Mousse is great for a quick breakfast, after workout snack or refreshing dessert!
1 pound of Organic Strawberries
2 packets of unflavored gelatin
1 can of coconut cream
2 Tbsp. of xylitol (for added sweetness)
1 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
1. Heat only the coconut cream, gelatin and xylitol in a saucepan on the stove on low heat just until the gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat.
2. Core the strawberries and blend.
3. Add the Complete Whey Protein and Greek Yogurt to the strawberry blend.
4. Add in the sweetened coconut cream-gelatin mixture.
5. Pour mixture into serving bowls or popsicle molds.
6. We used small heart shaped cookie cutters to make the strawberry garnish.
7. Refrigerate overnight.
