Decadent Chocolate Cream Pie made with Complete Paleo Protein!

This pie was so good! We made a decadent chocolate cream pie made with Complete Paleo Protein in the delicious chocolate flavor. This recipe has no added sugar. We used low-glycemic zero calorie monk fruit and dried dates for the sweeteners. This rich and creamy dessert or snack will fill you up and leave you satiated without feeling guilty because all of the ingredients used are great for your body!

Blend ingredients for crust and press into a pie pan:

1 cup of pecan flour or pecan bits blended

1 cup of softened dried dates (dates add a rich caramel flavoring)

1 cup of melted coconut oil

dash of Ceylon Cinnamon

dash of Himalayan Sea Salt

Blend ingredients for chocolate cream filling:

1 can of coconut cream (we used Trader Joe's brand)

3 scoops of Complete Paleo Protein in the delicious chocolate flavor

1 cup of 100% unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

4 Tablespoons of Monk Fruit sweetener


Set crust by pressing into a pie pan. Sprinkle with Ceylon Cinnamon and Himalayan Sea Salt.

Pour Blended filling over pie crust. Sprinkle with a bit more Himalayan Sea Salt.

Set in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.

2 nuts on a date is a sweet treat made with Complete Paleo Protein!

Make a sweet treat for your Valentine! These healthy candies are filled with healthy fats and protein. We used our delicious chocolate Paleo Protein for this simple recipe that make great snacks or desserts. The Medjool dates add a lovely caramel flavor without any extra added sugar.


12 pitted Medjool dates cut in half

Your favorite nuts...We used raw almonds and roasted peanuts!

2 cups of melted coconut oil

4 scoops of Complete Paleo Protein Powder in the delicious chocolate flavor

For added richness we melted a bar of dark 85% chocolate to some of the treats.

1 teaspoon of Himalayan sea salt

Optional: dash of Ceylon Cinnamon


Melt the coconut oil and mix in the Complete Paleo Protein powder until combined. Add in the extra chocolate bar if desired.

In cupcake papers, place one Medjool date on the bottom cut in half.

Add in your nuts!

Pour the melted coconut oil and chocolate protein powder mix over the nuts and date. 

Sprinkle with Himalayan sea salt.

Optional: add a dash of Ceylon Cinnamon

Place in freezer to set for about an hour.

Homemade Samoa Cookies made with vanilla Complete Pea Protein!

It's that time of year where we are a couple of months into our New Years Resolutions and we are all trying to stay on track eating healthy.

Every recipe can be modified for a healthier version so that we are able to reach our weight loss goals while satisfying those cravings for sweets.

It might be hard for some of us to resist buying those Girl Scout Cookies on the way in or out of the grocery store on an impulse buy.

Well, we've got the solution for you! A healthier version of your favorite boxed cookie! Here's a completely vegan recipe below:

No Bake Homemade Samoa Cookies that are so simple to make!


1 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut

10 pitted Medjool dates

1 scoop of vanilla Complete Pea Protein

1 Tbsp. of Xylitol for added sweetness

1 cup of dark chocolate

2 Tbsp. of Coconut oil

a dash of Himalayan sea salt


1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan.

2. Blend the coconut, dates, Complete Pea Protein and xylitol and form the dough into round cookie circles on wax paper. 

3. Drizzle the dark chocolate and coconut oil mixture over the cookies.

4. Sprinkle with sea salt.

5. Store in the fridge once the chocolate is dry.

If you prefer a different protein source, substitute Vanilla Complete Whey Protein powder or Vanilla Complete Paleo Protein powder for the Pea Protein.

A Happy and Healthy Easter to everyone! We are enjoying healthier Easter Egg Candies made with Complete Whey Protein and Complete Pea Protein!

We are always striving to find recipes that not only taste great but also nourish our bodies with healthy ingredients!

We made 2 different types of Easter egg candies, one with a coconut whey protein filling and the other with an almond butter pea protein filling!

Ingredients for the Coconut Whey Protein filling:

2 cups of Shredded unsweetened coconut

2 scoops of Complete Whey Protein in the Creamy Vanilla Flavor

2 Tbsp. of melted coconut oil

2 Tbsp. of xylitol

2 Tbsp. of maple syrup

dash of Himalayan sea salt

Coconut Whey Protein Easter Eggs!

Ingredients for the Almond Butter Pea Protein filling:

1 cup of creamy Raw Almond Butter

2 scoops of Complete Pea Protein in the Creamy Vanilla Flavor

2 Tbsp. of xylitol

dash of of Ceylon Cinnamon

dash of Himalayan sea salt


Blend each recipe together and push into egg tray shapes.

Almond Butter Pea Protein Easter Eggs!

Place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. While the eggs chill, melt a package of dark chocolate bits in a saucepan. Mix in a Tablespoon of coconut oil to make a glossy consistency.

Remove the eggs from the molding tray and dunk into the melted chocolate. Let eggs dry on a wire rack and garnish each egg with shredded coconut or almond bits to delineate the egg flavors.
